Roy is an experienced entrepreneur with a track record of managing a fast-growing technology business. In 1997, Roy founded Infonic Ltd, an internet research software and services company, which serves numerous multinational clients. As Managing Director of Infonic, he raised venture capital financing from Herald Ventures, developed and then sold the company to Corpora plc, a UK publicly listed company, where he was appointed as Group Strategy Director. Roy has a scientific background, having obtained an Honours degree in natural sciences from Cambridge University. Following university, Roy joined Goldman Sachs International where he worked for several years.
